Meet Moyra Scott.

A wanderer traversing magic and logic realms, Moyra thrives as an artist, immersed in the euphoria of creativity - from painting to ideation and adventurous quests.

Simultaneously, she emerges as a business coach and seasoned productivity expert, boasting years aiding individuals across diverse walks of life, ranging from the UN and Cambridge University to arts nonprofits, photographers, artists, and healers.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Brighton-based Moyra to learn more about her work, hear some of her book recommendations and learn her arts and culture hot top ten.

Through her WILD ART courses, she ignites creative sparks in others. Moreover, she guides creatives and creative entrepreneurs to translate their lofty aspirations into pragmatic, executable steps.

Though her mind soars amidst clouds and stars, her feet are firmly grounded, ensuring tangible outcomes. Moyra propels action while simplifying the mechanics.

A world-crosser, guide, motivator - she shapes artists and empowers creative leaders, infusing her labour with the vigour of pursuing dreams.

Introducing Moyra

Her story unfolds: in 2007, she abandoned TV and film production, welcomed motherhood, and embarked on a fresh path. Yoga teaching and selling children's portraits took root. Online discovery led her to creative business courses, her own blog, and a yearning to paint vast abstracts.

An irresistible notion of art retreats found its place, ultimately changing her trajectory. A transformative art retreat with Flora Bowley kindled her spirit, catalysing a coaching career.

Moyra's book recommendations

Moyra facilitated workshops, cultivated new courses, and gained media recognition. She pursued annual retreats, learning from accomplished artists.

Today, she leads her own classes and art retreats, sporting a personal painting style and art journaling approach. Her coaching practice thrives, encompassing diverse clients and corporate workshops.
