I'm an experienced consultant with a background in marketing, communications and CRM. I focus on helping people and organisations to develop CRM strategies and procure CRM/ticketing/fundraising systems to deliver their work to their audiences in the best possible way. I am entirely independent from software system suppliers and have an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all the major suppliers and their products.
