Nicola Rose
Writer, Poet & Creative Leadership Facilitator
I'm Nicola Rose, founder of Creative Connection. I create playful, welcoming spaces where creativity becomes a pathway to confidence, authentic leadership and deeper connection. Through poetry, movement, art and embodied practices, I help people reconnect with themselves and rediscover the joy of simply being.
Like many people, I spent years trying to fit into spaces that didn't quite fit me. I carried stories, expectations and labels that slowly disconnected me from who I really was. Creativity became the bridge back to myself. Not because I was trying to become someone else, but because I was finally giving myself permission to be exactly who I was.
Today, I guide others on that same journey.
As founder of Creative Connection, I create experiences that invite people to slow down, breathe and reconnect with their own rhythm. My work weaves together poetry, somatic movement, yoga, dance, creative meditation, intuitive art and playful exploration. I don't believe creativity belongs only to artists. I believe creativity is part of being human.
I work with individuals, communities and organisations who want to create spaces where people feel safe enough to express themselves honestly, trust their instincts and lead from a place of authenticity rather than exhaustion.

My workshops include Splash & Create, where paint becomes freedom rather than perfection; Dance Your HeART Out, where movement becomes expression rather than performance; and Poetry as Alchemy, where words become a way to understand ourselves more deeply.
I am especially passionate about embodied leadership. To me, leadership isn't about titles or pretending to have everything figured out. It's about listening to yourself, trusting your intuition, embracing playfulness and allowing creativity to shape the way you live and work.
I believe the most transformative moments often happen when we stop trying so hard to get things right and simply allow ourselves to create.
So whether you're a leader, a business owner, a creative soul or someone who has quietly forgotten how to play, my invitation remains the same:
Come as you are.
Trust yourself.
Create.
And see what becomes possible.
