I’m Taraq Qureshi, an international independent motion‑picture and film producer operating between London and Eastern Europe. Over two decades, I’ve complemented my love of theatre with rigorous training at Raindance, Four Corners Workshop and Theatre Venture.
I produce what I love – from salsa‑fueled teen journeys like Strictly Salsa: The Beginning to surreal thrillers like The Chosen Ones, spine-chilling shorts (Do Not Enter), heartfelt dramas (Hope), explosive stories (Change), and more. Currently, I’m steering Victoria Black, a swashbuckling pirate fantasy, toward liftoff.

I live by my 4Is: Ideas, Innovation, Intelligence and Information – tools that help me elevate underrepresented stories into commercially viable films. One of my proudest moments was receiving a Millennium Awards fellowship for starting a forum-theatre initiative supporting mental‑health communities.
