The TAD Talk this month is from Rob Macpherson, MD at Impakt. Rob will talk to us about the 7 steps individuals and organsations can take to focus marketing efforts and resources effectively, to find and convert new customers, clients, audience members, and patrons.

We all get to meet 9 or more colleagues at random, in a series of 5-minute one-to-ones in under an hour, without leaving our desks. At half time, we present our speed webinar.

Yes, we'd all be happier face-to-face but I can't think of any other way of getting several arts and culture vultures together from all over the world, for an hour.
