About the event
Join us on ZOOM for a free, fun, fast-paced and fiendishly effective hour of random speed networking for arts and culture professionals and enthusiasts with a 10-minute speed webinar called the TAD Talk (The Arts Debate).
"I'm beginning to realise that the benefits from being in this group are extraordinary." (Alice Shapiro - Mary LaForge Gallery)

"Thank you Mark Walmsley FRSA for creating such a wonderful global community who have a passion for the arts and culture!" (Furrah Syed, Abstract Artist)

"Hey Mark had to shoot off for another meeting. Great to meet you and others in the network! I found it very useful :)" (Sacha Mandell)
We all get to meet 9 or more colleagues at random, in a series of 5-minute one-to-ones in under an hour, without leaving our desks. At half time, we present our speed webinar.
Yes, we'd all be happier face-to-face but I can't think of any other way of getting several arts and culture vultures together from all over the world, for an hour.
It's more affordable, much more convenient and much, much more sustainable.
The ZOOM link will be shared by email before the event.
Subscription comes with benefits that far outweigh the cost of membership and you can learn more here.
Our TAD Talker for July is award-winning cinematographer Robert Shacklady who will be sharing his experience filming 2nd & Splinter units on The Essex Serpent starring Tom Hiddlestone and Claire Danes.
Newly widowed Cora, having been released from an abusive marriage, relocates from Victorian London to a small village in Essex, intrigued by a local superstition that a mythical creature known as the Essex Serpent has returned to the area.
The Essex Serpent is available on Apple TV and you can watch the first episode free here.
Robert has developed his skills over the the years, working on a wide variety of feature films, TV dramas, commercials, pop promos & documentaries all over the world.
Our after party is where much of the magic happens so we'll be open networking for 30 minutes or so at 2pm for those who don't have to dart off.
