I am a children's book author, illustrator, and storyteller with a passion for inspiring young imaginations through words and pictures.
After many years working in marketing and communications, I returned to my lifelong love of illustration and storytelling.

Today, I create books that encourage children to dream big, embrace curiosity, and discover the extraordinary possibilities hidden within everyday life.
My work is influenced by some of the great visual storytellers of children's literature, and I am particularly interested in creating narratives that combine adventure, imagination, friendship, and discovery. Current projects include A Bewildering Bottle and the Fred and Ethan Adventure Series, both of which explore the magic that can emerge when ordinary moments become extraordinary adventures.
Beyond writing and illustration, I enjoy reading science fiction, exploring history, travelling, and discovering new sources of creative inspiration. I believe stories have the power to shape how we see ourselves and the world around us, and I am committed to creating books that help young readers develop confidence, imagination, empathy, and a lifelong love of learning.
