My work spans sculpture, photography, performance, film, public art, and immersive installations, often using unconventional materials such as cheese, chocolate, steel, inflatables, resin, and found objects. While some people know me through projects such as the Cheese Room, Chocolate Jesus, the Cheese House, or the Cheese Wall, I see all of these works as part of a larger conversation about perception, vulnerability, and our relationship with the world around us.

I grew up between Canada and Italy and have spent my life searching for ways to make sense of experience through creativity. For me, art is not simply something we make; it is a way of understanding ourselves and our place in the universe. I am fascinated by the tension between the familiar and the unfamiliar, the sacred and the ordinary, certainty and mystery.

Throughout my career, I have worked across disciplines, from sculpture and installation to filmmaking and public art. My work has been exhibited internationally and has generated discussion, controversy, laughter, and reflection in equal measure.

I believe that creativity begins with curiosity and that transformation begins the moment we become willing to see something differently. Through my work, I hope to create experiences that challenge assumptions, encourage dialogue, and remind us of our shared humanity.
