The Arts & Culture Network is a growing global community of professionals shaping the future of arts and culture together. We have over 13,000 members on LinkedIn.

You may like to join us as a subscriber to support our work, and for additional membership benefits, including access to our community hub, TAD Talks and interviews on-demand.  It starts at just £5 per month (€6) https://www.artsandculturenetwork.com/join

At 1pm (GMT) on Thursday 7th April I'm hosting another hour of random speed networking including a TAD Talk speed webinar.

We all get to meet 9 or more fellow members and guests, at random, in a series of 1-2-1s and small groups in under an hour, without leaving our desks, or dressing from the waist down if we don't want to.

It's free, fun, fast and effective and we've had some great feedback. We've had several reports of follow on meetings, artistic collabration, business deals and hires.

The TAD Talk

At half time, we present a 10-minute speed webinar called the TAD Talk (The Arts Debate)

Personal Transformation with Robert Pye FRSA

If Robert was a circus performer, he’d be a juggler … one of those people we mere mortals envy for their capacity to keep so many balls in the air.

He’s on a mission to create a global problem-solving network and Ethos is the vehicle for that, a huge network of like-minded and right-minded people who know right from wrong and good from bad and how to apply an ethical approach to everything they do.

Ethos is a network of interconnected social impact ventures that share a common goal. They are all striving to solve society’s most complex problems and they do so with governments, NGOs, charities, private organisations and in the arts and culture sector.

One of the most exciting Ethos projects is Young Leaders, a remote work experience opportunity for those aged between 16-24. The initiative is driven by the young leaders themselves and partners include the DWP, Google and The Hope Collective.

In his 10-minute TAD Talk, Robert will share why one's personal transformation is at the heart of any endeavor to improve the world.

Over the pandemic, one of his companies has recruited 60+ young adults and offered them a canvas to paint their own work stories.  This has brought about many remarkable stories not just for these Young Leaders  but lessons for our own broader development in our families, teams and networks.

We had over 50 at our February event and over 500 have joined us at our events since November 2021.
