Angela Kennedy
Wellbeing Consultant Psychologist and Creative
I'm Angela Kennedy, founder of Innovating for Wellbeing. I work with leaders, teams and organisations to strengthen wellbeing, develop trauma-informed approaches and create healthier, more connected workplace cultures through coaching, consultancy and creative practice.
People often come to me when they are facing challenges that don't have simple answers. That might be a leader trying to support their team through uncertainty, an organisation recovering from a difficult experience, or a group of people looking for a more meaningful way to work together.
See my main profile here.
My work sits at the meeting point of psychology, leadership, wellbeing, creativity and organisational culture. I am interested in how people influence systems, how systems influence people, and what helps both flourish.
Through Innovating for Wellbeing, I support organisations with leadership development, executive coaching, culture change, staff wellbeing, evaluation and organisational learning. I am particularly drawn to work that helps people feel safer, more connected and more able to contribute their strengths.
I believe that meaningful transformation rarely comes from policies, frameworks or strategy documents alone. It happens through relationships, trust, curiosity and conversations that create space for people to think differently.
Creativity is also a significant part of my life and work. As a visual artist, poet and creative producer, I am continually exploring how storytelling and the arts can help people understand themselves, connect with others and navigate complexity.
Whether I am coaching a senior leader, facilitating a workshop or collaborating on a creative project, my aim is always the same: to help create the conditions where growth, healing, connection and positive action can emerge.
