Hi, I’m Carmela Ruggiero. I’ve spent years blending art, intuition and heart to help people step out of overwhelm and self-doubt and into creative self-love. At Ruggiero Studios I lead workshops, mentor one-to-one, sell my art and tools like the journal Love Yourself – Heal Through Journaling and an oracle deck called “The Twelve”.
In my work I invite you to pick up a pen or piece of mosaic, sit with your feelings, doodle what you thought you couldn’t show, and discover that healing isn’t tidy—it’s alive, messy, beautiful and yours. I’ve worked internationally (including a workshop at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York) to share this message, and I bring humour, warmth and real-life experience to every session.
I don’t believe you need to be perfect to create change—I believe you just need to show up with curiosity. My style is intuitive, expressive and human.
