I am a surrealist nature artist whose work explores the intricate relationship between humanity, the natural world and the subconscious mind. Working primarily in oils, alongside drawing and watercolour, I create paintings that invite viewers to look beyond appearances and discover the hidden connections that unite people, landscapes, wildlife and imagination.

A central aspect of my practice is automatism—allowing imagery to emerge intuitively from the subconscious rather than following a predetermined plan. This process enables unexpected forms, symbols and narratives to develop naturally, resulting in paintings that balance observation with imagination and reality with dream.

Nature is at the heart of everything I create. I am fascinated by the ways in which human experience is woven into the living world and how mythology, symbolism and environmental awareness continue to shape our understanding of ourselves and our place within it.

Alongside my own creative practice, I mentor artists who are navigating both artistic development and the practical realities of building a professional creative career. I enjoy helping others overcome creative blocks, strengthen their confidence and develop work that is authentic to their own voice.

Through the Arts and Culture Network, I hope to connect with fellow artists, curators, collectors, writers, educators and cultural organisations who share a passion for creativity, nature, storytelling and meaningful artistic dialogue.
