Hi, I’m Maria Evans, PhD from the University of Warwick. I specialise in leadership, coaching, research and training all rolled into one.
I’ve partnered with the Royal Shakespeare Company, The Old Vic, and the Paul Hamlyn Foundation on projects that blend strategic culture with meaningful impact.
I’m an accredited coach, with a passion for neurodiversity and empowering women in leadership. If you’re juggling work, life-transitions, ADHD/autism, or simply trying to shake off imposter syndrome, I have tools for that — from single-session “Breakthrough” power-coaching to tailored packages and group workshops on confidence, focus and productivity.
I prefer an approach that’s thoughtful, inclusive — and occasionally makes you smile when you least expect it. Whether it’s one-to-one or group work, I’d love to help you find clarity, courage and a whole lot more calm.
