I am an artist, creative facilitator and founder of Grounded Growing Creative Pathways, a platform dedicated to helping people reconnect with their creativity, confidence and authentic voice. Through visual arts, creative workshops and community-focused projects, I create welcoming spaces where individuals can explore self-expression, personal growth and meaningful connection.

My work is rooted in the belief that creativity belongs to everyone. Whether through visual art, workshops, community projects or creative mentoring, I aim to create inclusive and supportive environments where people feel empowered to explore, experiment and express themselves without fear of judgement.
As an artist, I am fascinated by the relationship between creativity, wellbeing, identity and personal growth. I see creative practice not simply as a means of producing work, but as a powerful tool for self-discovery, reflection and connection.
Through my own artistic journey, I have experienced the transformative impact creativity can have on confidence, resilience and purpose, and I am passionate about helping others experience that transformation for themselves.
Through Grounded Growing Creative Pathways, I work with individuals, groups and communities to nurture creativity in ways that are accessible, meaningful and sustainable. My approach encourages people to trust their instincts, embrace curiosity and develop a deeper relationship with their own creative potential.
I am particularly interested in creating opportunities for people who may not see themselves as creative, helping them rediscover the joy, freedom and confidence that can emerge through artistic exploration. I believe that creativity has the power to strengthen communities, improve wellbeing and help people navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and imagination.
Through the Arts and Culture Network, I hope to connect with fellow artists, educators, facilitators, cultural organisations and community leaders who share a commitment to creativity, inclusion, personal growth and positive social impact.
