Paul Nicholls

CEO at The Crystal Kingdom

Saving young lives through art

Hello everyone,

I'm Paul Nicholls, and it's an absolute pleasure to meet you all. Hailing from Essex, I've dedicated my life to championing youth mental health and self-esteem at The Crystal Kingdom.

As a full member and advocate, I'm deeply committed to improving the mental well-being of young people.

In my interview wth Mark, expect laughter, anecdotes, and maybe even a few surprises. Oh, and take a guess at my favorite musical genre while you're at it!

My mission is clear, to empower individuals to recognise their inherent worth and embrace their uniqueness. Through interactive programs and workshops, I strive to equip young people with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and foster positive beliefs.

With alarming statistics highlighting the prevalence of mental health issues among youth, my work couldn't be more urgent. That's why I offer a range of innovative programs tailored for schools, hospitals, and community-based groups.

One of my flagship initiatives revolves around reading workshops. These not only promote the joy of reading but also deliver positive reinforcement messages and invaluable coping strategies to help children thrive.

Drawing on research from the OECD, I firmly believe in the transformative power of reading for pleasure. Through engaging workshops and meticulously curated activity packs, I aim to cultivate a nurturing environment where children can develop essential life skills.

Each workshop is designed to captivate and inspire, filled with materials like "The Magical Secret of the Crystal Kingdom" paperback, coloring sheets, stickers, and affirmation-themed playing cards. Participants also have the opportunity to interact with youth ambassadors who serve as mentors and role models.

I am honored to be a beacon of hope for young people navigating the complexities of mental health and self-esteem. Together, let's celebrate impactful work and support my mission to empower youth worldwide.

If you'd like to connect, you can reach me on LinkedIn, via my website, or by email.

Warm regards, Paul Nicholls
