I'm an innovation and growth consultant with 25 years in the sports and entertainment and arts arena. I love working with purpose-led organisations to help them achieve their mission.

Tom is a senior executive who has held a number of senior brand and commercial positions within the sports and entertainment marketing industry. Most recently he was Global Brand Director at Jaguar Landrover where he had responsibility for marketing strategy, sponsorship, events and product launches.

Tom's first leadership role was as Managing Director of Velocity Sports & Entertainment, which he launched and managed through to acquisition by Dentsu Aegis Media. Subsequent to the acquisition, Tom joined the Aegis management team and oversaw the roll-out of sponsorship / lifestyle marketing capability across the global network.

He specialises in commercial and marketing strategy and has worked with brands and organisations (large and small) across sports, entertainment arts and culture.
