After many years working alongside senior leaders in large organisations, I saw first-hand how pressure, constant change and busy schedules can affect workplace relationships. I also noticed that when people stepped away from their usual roles and did something creative together, conversations became easier, connections became stronger and stress levels often dropped.

That observation eventually led me to create Crafty Team Building.

Today I design and facilitate creative experiences for organisations across the UK and internationally. My workshops range from acrylic pouring and origami to Zentangle®, mindful drawing and sustainable creative projects. Some are delivered in boardrooms, some at conferences, some online and some in unusual venues where nobody quite expects to find themselves making art with colleagues.

What matters most to me is creating experiences that feel welcoming, professionally delivered and genuinely enjoyable. I don't believe team building has to involve awkward games or forced participation. Instead, I focus on creating spaces where people can relax, learn something new and connect naturally.

I particularly enjoy exploring the links between creativity, wellbeing, mindfulness and workplace culture. Whether I'm working with a small leadership team or hundreds of employees across different locations, my goal remains the same: to help people leave feeling more connected, more energised and slightly surprised by what they were capable of creating.
