Meet Flora Nicholson.

We are thrilled to introduce Flora Nicholson, a dynamic and highly accomplished professional with many years' diverse experience in both the private and third sectors.
As a strategist, author, artist, and social justice activist, Flora's passion for creating positive change and building meaningful connections shines through in every aspect of her work.
Flora's journey began in the strategy team of the Fortune 500 company Sodexo, where she honed her skills and expertise. She later transitioned to impactful roles within sector-leading charities such as Cancer Research UK, British Red Cross, and British Heart Foundation.
Her roles included Strategy Manager, Senior Volunteering Manager, and, most recently, as a management consultant, supporting the British Heart Foundation.
In her impressive career, Flora has demonstrated exceptional leadership, successfully steering high-performing teams and crafting visionary strategies. She played a pivotal role in Cancer Research UK, delivering key projects and shaping a new strategy for volunteer recruitment and retention.
Her extensive experience also includes providing planning and monitoring support for 50 business units at the British Red Cross and contributing to the strategic partnership between Cancer Research UK’s Communities Directorate and the Policy and Information Directorate.
Beyond her professional achievements, Flora is a talented artist and musician. Her work, ranging from supporting Ukraine to creating whimsical pieces like lullaby-singing whales, reflects her commitment to social justice and hope in challenging times. Currently, Flora has just completed her first book, "How to kick ass: a manual," centered around her anti-discrimination activism.
In addition to her professional and artistic pursuits, Flora serves as a Trustee for Faiths Together in Lambeth, a South London charity promoting understanding and dialogue between different faith groups. She is also a trustee for The Land Collective and actively engages in activities like kickboxing and yoga.
Flora Nicholson is more than just a strategist; she is a dedicated advocate for positive change, an inspiring artist, and a leader committed to making a lasting impact. Her unique blend of skills and experiences positions her as a force for innovation and compassion in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.
