Meet Gianfranco Fagotto (Multidiscilinary designer, creative director, and musician.)
Gianfranco Fagotto is a multilingual creative leader and director with a global perspective and a strong track record of delivering impactful brand design and digital experiences.
His career spans agency and in-house roles for top-tier companies like NetJets, Liz Earle Beauty, and the Financial Times’ content agency, where his innovative campaigns have driven measurable results across international markets.

Born in Ecuador and raised as a "tiny globetrotter," Gianfranco experienced diverse cultures throughout Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. This upbringing shaped his passion for storytelling, creativity, and human connection, forming the foundation for his consumer-focused approach and emphasis on kindness, empathy, and integrity in professional relationships.
Gianfranco began his career as an editorial designer for fashion magazines in Milan during the 2000s. He moved to London in 2008, joining Liz Earle Beauty in 2010 and later becoming Head of Design at NetJets in 2013.
At NetJets, he spearheaded a transformative post-merger rebranding and managed global advertising campaigns. From 2016 to 2022, he served as Art Director at the Financial Times’ content agency, leading branded content for prestigious clients such as AWS, BlackRock, BMW, Google Cloud, and Piaget Watches.
Since 2023, Gianfranco has worked as a freelance creative consultant, managing brand development projects for startups and established businesses in aviation, hospitality, and the healthy beverage industry. He also mentors graduates at the University of Westminster, supporting the next generation of creative professionals.
A self-proclaimed "pragmatic dreamer," Gianfranco excels at turning ideas into meaningful outcomes. In addition to his professional endeavours, he showcases his artistic passions, such as illustration and music, on his Personal website, highlighting his belief in the transformative power of creativity.

Home Base: Centered in the iconic Pompidou Center, Paris, Gian enjoys a summer evening with a copy of Borges' The Aleph and an Aperol Spritz.
Creative Study in Saudi Arabia: Supported by a wealthy Parisian family foundation, Gian embarks on a groundbreaking research year in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, exploring the intersection of AI-generated and traditional art.
Musical Theme: While creating, Gian immerses himself in the vibrant sounds of Latin American rock, particularly Soda Stereo. Their experimental anthems set the tone for his dynamic artistic exploration.
Inspirational Dance: A highlight performance is the acrobatic rendition of Swan Lake by Chinese artists, showcasing the fusion of elegance and breathtaking skill.
Cuisine and Community: Gian chooses Italian cuisine, savouring lasagna while engaging with local and international creatives in Diriyah's burgeoning cultural scene.
Immersive Art Gallery: He experiences iconic works like da Vinci's The Last Supper and DalÃ's The Persistence of Memory in a fully immersive VR gallery, stepping into the worlds of history and surrealism.
