Live Entertainment Sales & Marketing Strategist

With over 24 years in live entertainment, I’ve shaped iconic productions like Les Misérables and Phantom of the Opera, pioneering new marketing strategies in the West End and beyond.

I’ve spent over two decades in live entertainment sales and marketing, working with industry-defining shows such as Cats, Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera, and more. During my time with Cameron Mackintosh, I introduced some of the West End’s first internet offers and yield management programmes, alongside targeted marketing for inbound tourism. My passion for strategy took me to Superbreak, where I connected domestic audiences with theatre and events across the UK.


In recent years, I led UK operations for Vivaticket and headed strategic growth at TicketSwap. My expertise has also been called upon by LW Theatres, where I consulted on tourism and group sales. I now work as a consultant, offering fresh perspectives on sales and marketing strategy, while also serving as a Live Entertainment Ambassador for the Arts & Culture Network.


I currently work as a consultant in Sales and Marketing Strategy, offering insights and guidance to organisations in the live entertainment industry. In addition, I serve as a Live Entertainment Ambassador for the Arts & Culture Network, where I help foster connections and collaborations within the global arts community.
