Diana McElroy

Mindful well being speaker and coach

I'm Diana McElroy, founder of Higher High, where I blend mindfulness, movement, and creative expression to support well-being. My work lives at the intersection of arts, culture, and intentional living—using tools like yoga, meditation, music, and breathwork to help people reconnect with themselves and their communities.

I’m a Transformational Facilitator focused on mindful well-being and intentional living. Through Higher High, I help people explore what it means to feel whole—mentally, physically, and creatively. I draw from mindfulness practices like meditation, yoga, breathwork, and visualisation, and mix in music, movement, humour, and open conversation to make wellness feel human, joyful, and grounded in real life.

My background is rooted in both structured and creative spaces. Before launching Higher High, I worked in the cannabis industry as a Community Outreach Specialist for one of New Jersey’s original licensed operators. That hands-on experience—from cultivation to dispensary launch—gave me a deep appreciation for the plant as both medicine and cultural force. As a patient advocate, I speak openly about my personal wellness journey with perimenopause and how plant medicine has supported my vitality as a yogi, mother, and wife.

I’ve also had the opportunity to co-curate two CannaPreneur Conferences with Fairleigh Dickinson University, my alma mater. These events created space for education and innovation in the emerging cannabis industry, while also building bridges between business, community, and culture.

At the core of my philosophy is the Latin phrase mens sana in corpore sano—“a healthy mind in a healthy body.” That’s what Higher High is all about: planting seeds for people to rediscover joy, reconnect to their inner rhythm, and live with purpose. Whether I’m leading a yoga session, hosting a cultural wellness event, or guiding someone through breathwork, my goal is to bring people back to themselves—creatively, mindfully, and with love.
