I’m Jonathan Goodwin, a learning, leadership, and organisational development specialist in the creative sector. I help organisations, leaders, and teams translate strategy into action while fostering cultures where creativity and performance thrive.
My career has spanned over 30 years across education, performing arts, and organisational development. From teaching in studios to leading international consultancy programmes, I’ve always been passionate about helping people and organisations grow.
Most recently, I led consultancy and L&D at The Professionals in Riyadh, designing transformation programmes aligned with Vision 2030. Previously, as COO at Oakwood International, I guided digital transformation and operational change across the MENA region. Earlier, I spent decades in performing arts education, leading curriculum development and international programmes at ArtsEd London and Brighton Institute for Contemporary Theatre Training.
I hold a Master’s in L&D & Organisational Change, a BEd Hons in Drama and Spoken Language, and am a certified MetaTeam Practitioner. Today, through Creative Focus, I support organisations across education, business, and the creative sectors, helping them connect strategy with creativity to achieve tangible, human-centred results.
