Narrative decluttering guide
I’m Stephanie Spencer, founder of Blue Lemon Living and creator of narrative decluttering — an approach that listens to the stories your clutter is trying to tell you and helps you make decisions that align your home with who you’re becoming.
After two decades helping global brands understand meaning and choice, I discovered that the same skills could be used in a more personal way: reading the emotional weight stored in closets, drawers and untouched corners.
See my main profile here.
My approach isn’t about buzz-word organising or speed-sorting. It’s about presence, story and grounded feng shui — working side-by-side with you to listen to what your space is saying. The clutter in your home isn’t random; it’s the backlog of decisions you haven’t made. When we slow down together, patterns emerge and those decisions become clear.
I work mainly with women navigating major life shifts — divorce, burnout, endings and beginnings — helping them release what no longer fits and reset their homes to support the next chapter. My method is calm, practical and rooted in meaning, not pressure. I love seeing the moment a client realises their space is no longer holding them back — but pulling them forward.
