Tricia Duffy

Singer, Consultant, Podcast Host, Public Speaker, Creative Coach

I specialise in strategy, change management, and helping people find creative balance. My work spans business consulting, songwriting, and hosting In Ten Years Time: How to Live a Creative Life.

Hi, I’m Tricia Duffy, and my career is a mix of creativity and strategy. I’m a songwriter, consultant, podcaster, and speaker, with a focus on helping both individuals and organisations navigate change and unlock their potential.

I work as a consultant at Lily Grey, a boutique firm specialising in strategy, complex change, and workplace conflict resolution, particularly in the media and creative industries. My expertise includes large-scale restructuring, process improvement, and future-proofing creative businesses.

Creativity is at the heart of everything I do. As a songwriter, I perform and release music as Little Lore, blending Americana roots with British storytelling. I also coordinate the London chapter of the NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Association International), advocating for diverse voices in songwriting.

Through my podcast and platform, In Ten Years Time: How to Live a Creative Life, I explore ways to achieve creative balance in midlife. I’ve distilled years of research and personal experience into practical workshops, free resources, and keynote talks to inspire others to reconnect with their creative ambitions.

Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Songwriting at ICMP, deepening my craft and expanding my artistic horizons. Whether consulting on business strategy or writing music, I’m passionate about blending creative vision with practical action to make meaningful change.
