Meet Cleo Tse ...

Interview Update: Cleo Tse – Expanding Horizons in 2025

In our latest conversation with Arts and Culture Network full member Cleo Tse, we caught up on her dynamic journey supporting international art fairs from her base in Copenhagen.

Originally from Hong Kong, Cleo has spent the past year offering strategic marketing, communications, PR, and content support to art fairs in cities including Brussels, Amsterdam, Stockholm—and soon, Basel.

Cleo now runs her own consultancy, delivering tailored services to fairs and galleries with limited in-house resources. From social media planning to audience development, she helps organisations amplify their reach and attract new collectors and visitors.

Looking ahead, Cleo is launching a new venture with a partner focused on bespoke marketing for galleries and performing arts groups—recognising that smaller organisations often need the most support. She emphasises the importance of market research, automation, and consistent messaging to boost visibility.

While Cleo loves the energy of building art fairs from the ground up, she’s clear that founding one solo isn’t on the cards just yet—because, as she says, “an art fair is never a one-person job.”

With exciting projects lined up across Europe and Asia, Cleo continues to bring creativity, insight and structure to the cultural sector—and we’re proud to have her as a valued member of our growing global network.
