Performance coach and executive coach
Rachel Kochany

Meet Rachel Kochany, performance coach, executive coach, meetings maestro and full member of The Arts and Culture Network.

I had the great pleasure of interviewing Rachel on Zoom recently.

You can meet her and hear about her arts and culture hot top ten and our This or That game in the video below.

Rachel Kochany is a seasoned personal performance and executive coach with a diverse background in project management, business analysis, process, and SAP consultancy.

She gained valuable experience during her tenure with the British Council, where she worked in the UK and Poland. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for helping people tap into their true selves, leverage their strengths, and unleash their full potential to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

After serving as an internal coach and assisting numerous clients with career and life transitions, Rachel decided to establish her own coaching business to empower individuals in achieving their aspirations.

Throughout her career, Rachel has collaborated with people from various backgrounds, relishing the richness and diversity this brings. She takes great pleasure in partnering with individuals to explore their inner selves and align them with their outer actions, resulting in increased fulfilment, effectiveness, and influence.

Adept at facilitating thinking sessions with senior leaders, Rachel provides a supportive and generative space where the best ideas emerge and translate into improved outcomes.

She thrives in working with teams and groups, fostering mutual trust, enhancing understanding of diverse perspectives, and guiding them to deliver projects and events they take pride in.

Rachel specialises in coaching individuals on purpose and identity, establishing a lasting legacy, adjusting to working in international teams, transitioning to live and work overseas, developing active listening and emotional intelligence, and exploring and transitioning careers.

Her core belief is that by embracing easefulness in our endeavours, identifying and harnessing our strengths and opportunities, we can unlock our best work. To meet her clients' specific needs, Rachel draws upon a diverse range of coaching approaches.

Outside her coaching engagements, Rachel finds inspiration in the great outdoors, light, space, colour, and good design. She regularly visits art galleries, finding them refreshing and eye-opening.
